Returns and Refunds Policy

In order to provide you with good service, please read our return and refund policies below. We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us at lepucreative@lepu-medical.com if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 natural days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange.

* General Return Guide:

  • We offer easy returns, exchanges, and refunds. Just provide us with your order number at lepucreative@lepu-medical.com to request a convenient return, exchange, or refund. You’ll find your order number in your Order Confirmation email, or on the packing slip that came in your package. Please do not forget to save your original shipping box or bag and reuse it to send your item(s) back to us!

* About How We Process the Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

  • When you request a return, refund, or exchange, we will give you a response within 24hours during business days, we will give you a response within 48hours if on weekends. Our team will offer you return and exchange guidance according to your specific requirements, then we will provide you with the returned address.
  • We generally process returns and exchanges within 7 business days after receiving the item(s).

Goods Return Processes:

  • Step 1: To start a return, please first contact us at the email lepucreative@lepu-medical.com and provide us with your order number.
  • Step 2: Please take a photo of the goods to us via email. We need to confirm the status of the goods.
  • Step 3: If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and which address to send your package to us.
  • Step 4: Please remember to save your original shipping box or bag and reuse it to send your goods (including all parts and attachments) back to us.
  • Step 5: If your return is approved and received, and your returned tracking number is valid, we will refund you on your original payment method.

Refunds:

  • We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will get a refund on your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please kindly note:

  • It may take 1-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • We will refund the full product cost and applicable sales tax, but please kindly note we cannot refund shipping costs from your original order.

Exchanges:

  • Once your return has been received and accepted, please purchase the new item(s) separately and we will deliver the exchanged item(s) to you.

* Applicability of Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

  • Applicable Situation 1: Returns, exchanges, and refunds due to quality issues of the product itself are applicable and accepted.
  • Applicable Situation 2: Returns, exchanges, and refunds due to packaging or product(s) damaged during shipping are applicable and accepted.
  • Applicable Situation 3: Returns, exchanges, and refunds due to customers' own reasons are applicable and accepted, such as customers changing minds, don’t want the items, wanting to change the color or model, etc. Please kindly note that for this situation, customers are responsible for all shipping costs and customs duties, taxes, VAT incurred for returns and exchanges.

* The Time Limit for Us Accepting Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds initiated within 30 natural days (including weekends and holidays) from the date customers receive the goods. Please note that returns, exchanges, and refunds initiated more than 30 natural days (including weekends and holidays) from the date customers receive the goods are not accepted.

* Instructions and Requirements for Returns & Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused(except for trial), with tags, and include all original packaging and parts.
  • You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of your purchase.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If the return received is damaged or incomplete, it may be rejected.
  • Only the purchase on lepucreative.com can request a refund or return. Thanks for your understanding.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards or coupons.

* About Handling Fee and Shipping Costs for Return and Exchange:

  • If due to the product itself having quality problems, we (lepucreative) will pay the returned or exchanged handling fee (if incurred) and shipping costs.
  • If for other reasons, not due to the product itself quality problems, customers need to pay the handling fee (if incurred) and shipping costs for the returns or exchanges.

* About Packages Return Address for Returns and Exchanges:

  • If your return or exchange application is accepted, we will inform you by email about the address to which the goods will be returned. Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange.

* About Whether the Goods Can Be Returned in Transit:

  • Please kindly note that once shipped out or in transit, the goods can not be returned or refunded.

* About the customer has paid, but the goods have not been shipped. Can I get a refund during production? How much can be refunded?

  • Yes, the customer can get a refund in this case for a full refund of the customer's original order amount.

* Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at lepucreative@lepu-medical.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

* Warranty Period

  • If the product purchased on lepucreative.com itself has quality problems, we support a free warranty period of 18 months to 2 years, calculated from the date the customer purchased the product. If you have received a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. We warranty the replacement for the remaining unexpired period of the original product’s warranty. If you need to repair or replace your product, please contact us immediately at lepucreative@lepu-medical.com within the warranty period.
